- Provide a realistic assessment of the associated needs, medical and otherwise.
- Provide a brief summary of the status of the new water system being implemented by the Gifts of Bread and Water project and the increased criticality due to demands on the Cange facilities generated by this crisis.
- Provide the opportunity to begin planning exactly how we can help meet the needs discussed in 2 and 3 above.
- Develop detailed plans for implementation of all phases of the water system and a realistic time schedule that takes into account the increased criticality of the project, the need for much more timely implementation and the increased difficulties associated with transportation and costs.
