Children

Children ages four through fifth grade will be using the Godly Play Curriculum this year. Developed by author, teacher and Episcopal priest Jerome W. Berryman, Godly Play teaches children the art of using religious language – parable, sacred story, silence and liturgical action – helping them become more fully aware of the mystery of God’s presence in their lives.

Four-six-year-olds will meet in Mead Hall classroom #3 at 10:00 am. This group is taught by Ginny Peterson, Jennifer Huff and Rebecca Guthrie.

Children in second through fifth grades will meet at 10:00 am in the Library (upstairs in the Stevenson-McClelland building). The teachers are Dee James, Paul Carroll, Heather Wiseman and William Bassham.
